You acquire only the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software and Documentation as permitted herein and do not acquire any rights of ownership in the Software or Documentation.

Copyright notices in the Subscription may not be removed, obscured or modified in any way. The relevant copyright notice must be displayed on all copies of information made from the Subscription.
7.2 The Subscriber acquires no ownership rights in the Subscription and all such rights remain with the copyright owner.

You agree that any and all rights, titles and interests in the Product, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights therein, shall at all times remain solely and exclusively with Licensor and protected by relevant copyright laws, trade secret laws, and all applicable international treaty provisions.

All rights and interests not expressly granted to you hereunder are reserved by Licensor, and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as assignment or transfer to you of the Licensor's rights, titles or interests in whole or in part. The license granted hereunder is personal to you and neither it nor any of the rights nor obligations under this Agreement may be assigned, sublicensed or otherwise encumbered by you to any third party.
COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP. 5.1. The Licensee acknowledges that AllDayRTK service and Data are subject to copyright. The Licensee shall not during or any time after the expiry or termination of this Licence permit any act which infringes that copyright.
5.2. The Licensee acknowledges that there is no transfer of title or ownership of the Data, and that the copyright and intellectual property in the Data shall remain the property of the Licensor.
5.3. The Licensee agrees not to sell or provide the Data in any form to any other person or entity.

The Customer acquires solely a non-exclusive right to use the Work as permitted herein. The Customer does not acquire any rights of ownership to the Work.

Further, Licensee hereby acknowledges and agrees that the right, title and interest in any modifications made by Licensee to the Licensed Tool, as provided for below in this Licence Agreement, is retained by Elegant E-Learning, Inc.. The Licensed Tool is a proprietary product of Elegant E-Learning, Inc. and its licensors and is protected throughout the world by copyright and other intellectual property rights. No licence, right or interest in Elegant E-Learning, Inc.'s logos, or trademarks is granted to Licensee under this Licence Agreement and Licensee hereby agree not to remove any product identification or notices of proprietary restrictions.
