Common use of By the Employer Clause in Contracts

By the Employer. (a) For Cause, upon written notice to the Executive pursuant to Section 1.4.1 hereof, where the notice has been approved by a resolution passed by two-thirds of the directors of either the Bank or the Company then in office;

By the Employer. (a) i. For Cause, upon written notice to the Executive pursuant to Section 1.4.1 1.5 hereof, where the notice has been approved by a resolution passed by two-thirds two­thirds (2/3) of the directors of either the Bank or the Company Company, as applicable, then in office;; or
