Trip Cancellation Clause Samples
The Trip Cancellation clause outlines the conditions under which a traveler or service provider may cancel a planned trip and the resulting consequences. Typically, this clause specifies acceptable reasons for cancellation, such as illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events, and details the process for notifying the other party and any applicable refund or penalty policies. Its core practical function is to provide clear guidelines and protections for both parties in the event that a trip cannot proceed as scheduled, thereby reducing uncertainty and potential disputes.
