Common use of By the Executive Clause in Contracts

By the Executive. The Executive may terminate his employment for any reason (including Good Reason) or for no reason. If the Executive terminates his employment without Good Reason, then he shall provide written notice to the Company at least forty-five (45) days prior to the Date of Termination.

Upon the effective date of any such termination, all rights, obligations and duties of the parties hereunder shall immediately cease, except for the Executive’s obligations under Section 7 and Section 8.
