- C and M. The Employer shall prepare an annual list of all employees covered by this Agreement which shall set forth each employee’s hiring date, classification seniority and rate of pay. A copy of such listing shall be furnished to the Union at the beginning of each school year and upon reasonable request. New employees shall be added to this list.
