C ommencement Date. If the Commencement Date is not fixed on the Lease Summary, once the Commencement Date is fixed, within fifteen (15) days following request by Landlord, Tenant will execute and deliver to Landlord a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit D attached hereto and made a part hereof, indicating thereon any exceptions thereto that may exist at that time. Failure of Tenant to execute and deliver such certificate within fifteen (15) days following its request by Landlord shall constitute binding and conclusive acceptance of the Premises and acknowledgment by Tenant that the statements included in Exhibit D, as prepared by Landlord, are true and correct.
