Common use of ---CABLE SYSTEM MAPS Clause in Contracts

---CABLE SYSTEM MAPS. Upon request, the Licensee shall file with the Issuing Authority or its designee “as-built” maps of the Cable System plant. If changes are made in the Cable System, upon request, the Licensee shall file updated as-built maps annually, not later than fifteen (15) days after any such request.

---CABLE SYSTEM MAPS. Upon requestwritten request by the Issuing Authority, the Licensee shall file with the Issuing Authority or its designee “as-built” strand maps of the Cable System plantplant by electronic means, if available. If changes are made in the Cable System, upon request, and no more than annually, the Licensee shall file updated as-built maps annuallystrand maps, not later than fifteen thirty (1530) days after any such request.

If changes are made in the Cable SystemSystem that affect the accuracy of said strand maps, upon request, and no more than once annually, the Licensee shall file updated as-built strand maps annually, not later than fifteen forty-five (1545) days after any such request.
