Cable Television Service. Prior to final road surface application, Developer, its agents, servants, workers or employees, contractors, subcontractors, independent contractors, successors or assigns, shall arrange for the installation of subsurface cable television lines to service the Tract if the Tract is within the service area of a cable television company granted a franchise by the Township. In the event that such installation must be postponed for any reason until after the lots, parcels or portions of the Tract are sold or if the Tract is not within a service area, Developer on behalf of itself, its successors or assigns, agrees that it, they, or any of them, will set aside or otherwise reserve an easement along and across the Tract for the installation of said service in the future.

Cable Television Service. Midco shall make its cable television services available to each tenant on the Property upon such terms and conditions as are identical or substantially similar to the terms and conditions which Midco offers to similarly situated subscribers who are not tenants of Owner. Cable television services that will be made available at Property are similar to the basic/simple/limited channels as outlined at xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxx (hereinafter referred to as "Channel Line-up"). Midco reserves the right to make changes to such channel configurations as well as changes to the rates charged for such services at its sole discretion. However, Midco agrees to only make changes to the channel configurations which are consistent with changes Midco is generally making for its other subscribers in the city in which the Property is located. Midco agrees to maintain its equipment in serviceable and reasonable operating condition so as to provide cable television services to Owner’s Property.
Cable Television Service. Landlord shall use reasonable efforts to assist Tenant in obtaining, at Tenant's cost, cable television service to the Premises, provided that (i) In connection therewith, Landlord may, at Landlord's sole discretion, refuse to permit any structural changes to the Building or any changes to the Building systems, and (ii) the terms of any transmission access agreement or rooftop equipment license entered into by Landlord with respect to bringing such service into the Building and to the Premises must be acceptable to Landlord, in Landlord's sole and absolute discretion.
Cable Television Service. Buyer agrees that after the Closing Date, WMW shall provide cable television full package service without charge to each of the Shareholders and Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx., for so long as such person maintains a residence within WMW's existing service area and for so long as WMW is a provider of cable television service.

Cable Television Service a) Customer shall, at a time of its choosing, order cable television service in all sleeping rooms within the premises from NUIT in keeping with NUIT's published standards for minimum service levels within fraternity and sorority buildings. b) Cable programming will be provided by NUIT’s designated cable service provider. c) Customer shall pay all expenses associated with the installation of cable television service on the premises. d) Customer shall pay all service, maintenance and/or other fees associated with the cable television service for each cable tap installed in the premises at NUIT’s then-current published rates. e) Customer shall pay NUIT all expenses for the maintenance of cable service on the premises. Customer shall invoice residents of the premises for any and all cable television charges. f) Customer may elect to pay NUIT to install and maintain cable television service in areas other than sleeping rooms of the premises at their discretion. g) Customer shall ensure appropriate use of cable television service. Cable television service is only for residents of the premises and their invited guests. The Customer may not provide public viewing nor collect a fee for viewing any cable television programming. Nor may the Customer resell any cable television programming. h) Customer agrees not to install or maintain direct broadcast satellite receiving equipment on their premises.

The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a D&E Customer is served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Service or a Verizon Local Switching UNE, subject to any call blocking feature used by D&E, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Services Traffic originating from such Service or UNE to the Voice Information Service platform. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless D&E has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers, D&E shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. D&E shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects such charges from its own Customers. 5.3 D&E shall have the option to route Voice Information Services Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Services platform(s) connected to Verizon’s network. In the event D&E exercises such option, D&E will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow D&E to route Voice Information Services Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless D&E has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers, D&E shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. 5.4 D&E shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects charges for such calls from its own Customers. 5.5 For variable rated Voice Information Services Traffic (e.g., NXX 550, 540, 976, 970, 940, as applicable) from D&E Customers served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Services or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element, D&E shall either (a) pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges, or (b) enter into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers. 5.6 Either Party may request the other Party provide the requesting Party with non discriminatory access to the other party’s information services platform, where such platform exists. If either Party makes such a request, the Parties shall enter into a mutually acceptable written agreement for such access. 5.7 In the event D&E exercises such option, D&E will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow D&E to route information services traffic originated on its network to Verizon.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.

  • Telecommunications Services The offering of telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by Z-Tel under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by Z-Tel as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by Z-Tel for other purposes (including, but not limited to, Z-Tel’s own use) must be purchased by Z-Tel pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 Z-Tel shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by Z-Tel to comply with this Section 2.2, Z-Tel shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of Z-Tel Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested services, required by Applicable Law. Z-Tel shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from Z-Tel’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm Z-Tel’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Sections 4.4.2 through 4.4.4 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 Z-Tel shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Without limiting the foregoing, except to the extent that Verizon follows a different practice for Verizon Customers in regard to a grandfathered Telecommunications Service, such grandfathered Telecommunications Service: (a) shall be available only to a Customer that already has such Telecommunications Service; (b) may not be moved to a new service location; and, (c) will be furnished only to the extent that facilities continue to be available to provide such Telecommunications Service. 2.4 Z-Tel shall not be eligible to participate in any Verizon plan or program under which Verizon Customers may obtain products or services which are not Verizon Telecommunications Services, in return for trying, agreeing to purchase, purchasing, or using, Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.5 In accordance with 47 CFR § 51.617(b), Verizon shall be entitled to all charges for Verizon Exchange Access services used by interexchange carriers to provide service to Z-Tel Customers.
