Common use of Cabling and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Cabling and Equipment. Tenant will be responsible, at Tenant's sole cost, for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all telecommunication cabling, wiring, and risers running throughout the Premises, together with all of Tenant's telephones, telecopiers, computers, telephone switching, telephone panels, and related equipment. Tenant agrees to install, maintain, and repair the telecommunication cabling, wiring, and risers running throughout the Premises in a good and proper manner.
