Caching Server. 1. To the extent that Apple and/or its affiliates make particular software and/or content available for caching (e.g., as part of OS X’s Software Update feature or applicable content from the Mac App Store) (“Apple Eligible Content”), the Caching Server feature of the Apple Software may automatically download and locally cache such Apple Eligible Content on your Apple Server. By using the Apple Software, you agree that Apple may download and cache such Apple Eligible Content on your Apple Server. You can turn off the Caching Server feature of the Apple Software at any time by going to the Caching pane within the Apple Software.
