CAHP Representative Designation. (1) The State agrees to recognize CAHP Representatives for the purpose of representing employees on all matters relating to the administration of this Agreement, and upon request of an employee on Adverse Actions and other matters which may be, or are, on appeal to the State Personnel Board.
