Calculating Payment. Employees of the Retail Leasing Group will track the actual work hours spent in Xxxx Company matters. The parties will determine the percentage of time spent monthly by each Leasing Employee in Xxxx Company leasing matters and compute the ratio of actual work hours spent in Xxxx Company matters to the actual hours paid to the Leasing Employee (the “Leasing Monthly Percentage”). Xxxx Company agrees to pay to Xxxx Centers: (i) the Leasing Monthly Percentage of the Leasing Employee Costs for each of the Leasing Employees, and (ii) all of the Commissions (collectively, the “Leasing Group Costs”).

Calculating Payment. Employees of the Collection Group will report the percentage of time historically spent on Xxxx Company matters (the “Semi-annual Percentage”). These percentages will be reported, reviewed, and used to update the billing rates on a semi-annual basis, in arrears. Xxxx Company agrees to pay to Xxxx Centers on a monthly basis the Semi-annual Percentage of the Collection Employee Costs for each of the Collection Employees (collectively, the “Collection Group Costs”).
Calculating Payment. The parties will determine the percentage of time spent annually in each of Xxxx Company and Xxxx Centers matters by each Allocated Support Employee (the “Allocated Percentage”). Each of the parties hereto agrees to pay to the other, on a monthly basis, the Allocated Percentage of the Allocated Support Employee Costs for each of their respective Allocated Support Employees (collectively, the “Support Groups Costs”).
Calculating Payment. Employees of each of the Industry Groups track the actual work hours spent in Xxxx Company and Xxxx Centers matters. The parties will determine the percentage of time spent monthly by each Industry Group Employee in Xxxx Company and Xxxx Centers matters (the “Monthly Percentage”). Each of the parties hereto agrees to pay to the other party, the respective Monthly Percentage of the Industry Employee Costs for each of their respective Industry Employees (collectively, the “Industry Groups Costs”).
Calculating Payment. The portion of the Shared Program Costs allocated to each of the parties hereto shall be determined based on the ratio of the number of Employees of each party who attended the Designated Program to the total number of Employees who attended the Designated Program.

  • Invoicing Payment All invoicing and payment for services performed under this Contract shall be as specified in Attachment B, hereto.

  • Crediting Payments The receipt of any payment item by Agent shall not be required to be considered a payment on account unless such payment item is a wire transfer of immediately available funds made to Agent’s Account or unless and until such payment item is honored when presented for payment. Should any payment item not be honored when presented for payment, then Borrowers shall be deemed not to have made such payment. Anything to the contrary contained herein notwithstanding, any payment item shall be deemed received by Agent only if it is received into Agent’s Account on a Business Day on or before 1:30 p.m. If any payment item is received into Agent’s Account on a non-Business Day or after 1:30 p.m. on a Business Day (unless Agent, in its sole discretion, elects to credit it on the date received), it shall be deemed to have been received by Agent as of the opening of business on the immediately following Business Day.

  • Returned Payment Fee If your account is subject to a Returned Payment Fee, the fee will be charged to your account when a payment is returned for any reason.

  • Corresponding Payment Each permanent reduction permitted pursuant to this Section shall be accompanied by a payment of principal sufficient to reduce the aggregate outstanding Revolving Credit Loans, Swingline Loans and L/C Obligations, as applicable, after such reduction to the Revolving Credit Commitment as so reduced, and if the aggregate amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit exceeds the Revolving Credit Commitment as so reduced, the Borrower shall be required to deposit Cash Collateral in a Cash Collateral account opened by the Administrative Agent in an amount equal to such excess. Such Cash Collateral shall be applied in accordance with Section 10.2(b). Any reduction of the Revolving Credit Commitment to zero shall be accompanied by payment of all outstanding Revolving Credit Loans and Swingline Loans (and furnishing of Cash Collateral satisfactory to the Administrative Agent for all L/C Obligations) and shall result in the termination of the Revolving Credit Commitment and the Swingline Commitment and the Revolving Credit Facility. If the reduction of the Revolving Credit Commitment requires the repayment of any LIBOR Rate Loan, such repayment shall be accompanied by any amount required to be paid pursuant to Section 5.9 hereof.

  • Interim payment At the end of each of the periods indicated in Annex I the Contractor shall submit to the Agency a formal request for payment accompanied by those of the following documents which are provided for in the Special Conditions: ➢ an interim technical report in accordance with the instructions laid down in Xxxxx X; ➢ the relevant invoices indicating the reference number of the Contract and of the order or specific contract to which they refer;

Unless the Executive shall have given prior written notice specifying a different order to the Company to effectuate the foregoing, the Company shall reduce or eliminate the Total Payments by first reducing or eliminating the portion of the Total Payments which are not payable in cash and then by reducing or eliminating cash payments, in each case in reverse order beginning with payments or benefits which are to be paid the farthest in time from the Determination (as hereinafter defined). Any notice given by the Executive pursuant to the preceding sentence shall take precedence over the provisions of any other plan, arrangement or agreement governing the Executive's rights and entitlements to any benefits or compensation.
