Allocated Percentage definition

Allocated Percentage means an amount expressed as a percentage equal to the proportion of the fully diluted equity interest of each of the Existing Investors in the Company immediately prior to the Closing Date as set forth on Exhibit B hereto.

Allocated Percentage means the percentage set forth in Exhibit B -------------------- attached hereto, as the same may be amended from time to time as provided in Section 15.15.

• With your consent, we have reviewed your historic energy usage and, based on that information, we have sized your Allocated Percentage to generate monthly Bill Credits for approximately % of your Baseline Energy Usage.

More Definitions of Allocated Percentage

Allocated Percentage means the relevant percentage notified in writing to Trebia by S1 Holdco and Protected upon making an Additional Seller Backstop Election for each of the reductions in respect of the Specified Proceeds Reduction contemplated in Section 3.01(c), Section 3.01(d), Section 3.01(e), Section 3.01(f), Section 3.01(g) and Section 3.03(a); provided that the sum of all Allocated Percentages shall equal 100%.
