Common use of Calculation Agent's records Clause in Contracts

Calculation Agent's records. in the case of any Calculation Agent, deliver to the Issuer and its successor a copy, certified as true and up-to-date by an officer or authorised signatory of such Calculation Agent, of the records maintained by it in accordance with Clause 10 (Appointment and Duties of the Calculation Agent); and

Calculation Agent's records. in the case of any Calculation Agent, deliver to the Issuer and its successor a copy, certified as true and up-to-date by an officer or authorised signatory of such Calculation Agent, of the records maintained by it in accordance with Clause 10 11 (Appointment and Duties of the Calculation Agent); and;
