CALCULATION OF ADP. The ADP for either group is the average of the separate ADRs calculated to the nearest one-hundredth of one percent for each ADP Participant who is a member of that group. The Plan Administrator will include in the ADP test as a zero an ADP Participant who elects not to make Elective Deferrals to the Plan for the Testing Year.
