Excess Deferrals interaction. In determining the ADP, the Plan Administrator must include any HCE's Excess Deferrals (whether or not corrected), as described in Section 4.10(A), to this Plan or to any other Plan of the Employer and the Plan Administrator will disregard any NHCE's Excess Deferrals.
