Calculation of Attorney’s Fees. The amount of Attorney’s fees under this contract shall be calculated based upon the gross amount recovered. Any expenses paid on behalf of the Client will be deducted from the Client’s percentage/share of the gross recovery. Any fee owing to the referring/participating attorney shall come from Attorney’s share of fees authorized by this contract, unless Client has specifically retained other counsel on a different fee basis.
