Other Counsel definition

Other Counsel means any other attorney(s), representing any Class Member, who is not Class Counsel.
Other Counsel means counsel (other than Opinion Giver) providing a legal opinion or confirmation of fact on aspects of the Transaction directed to Opinion Recipient or Opinion Giver or both.

More Definitions of Other Counsel

Other Counsel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.14.

Other Counsel means counsel providing a legal opinion pertain- ing to particular matters concerning the client, the Transaction Documents or the Transaction (i) directly to the Opinion Recipient or (ii) to the Opinion Giver in support of an Opinion provided by the Opinion Giver.
