Common use of Calculation of Availability of the Project Clause in Contracts

Calculation of Availability of the Project. Calculation of Availability for the Elements and for the Project, as the case may be, shall be as per Appendix –II to Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2019, as applicable on the Bid Deadline and as appended in Schedule 6 of this Agreement.

Calculation of Availability of the Project. Calculation of Availability for the Elements and for the Project, as the case may be, shall be as per Appendix –II IV to Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 20192024, as applicable on the Bid Deadline and as appended in Schedule 6 of this Agreement.

Calculation of Availability of the Project. Calculation of Availability for the Elements and for the Project, as the case may be, shall be as per Appendix –II to – III of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 20192014, as applicable on seven (7) days prior to the Bid Deadline and as appended in Schedule 6 of this Agreement9.
