Common use of Calculation of Call-Back Clause in Contracts

Calculation of Call-Back. Compensation of each call-back shall be based on a minimum of three hours pay at time-and-one-half, even if the employee worked less than three (3) hours during the call-back. Time worked in excess of three (3) hours shall be compensated in accordance with Section 2, Overtime Work and Compensation.
