Calculation of Debt Service Requirements. For purposes of the various calculations under this Loan Agreement, the amount of Long-Term Indebtedness of the Corporation, the amortization schedule of such Indebtedness and the Debt Service Requirements with respect to such Indebtedness, the principal of and interest payable on such Indebtedness shall be deemed due and payable on the stated due dates thereof (i.e., scheduled principal and interest payment dates to the scheduled maturity date without regard to any put, tender or similar optional or mandatory purchase feature); provided however, at the election of the Corporation, the foregoing may be calculated for Lease Indebtedness for all purposes, and for all other Indebtedness for a future period or for purposes of Debt Service Requirements calculated on a pro forma or projected basis, as follows:

  • Calculation of Charges Contractor shall provide an invoice to the City on a monthly basis for goods delivered and/or Services completed in the immediate preceding month, unless a different schedule is set out in Appendix B, “Calculation of Charges.” Compensation shall be made for goods and/or Services identified in the invoice that the City, in his or her sole discretion, concludes has been satisfactorily performed. In no event shall the amount of this Agreement exceed [insert whole dollar amount in numbers and words -- no pennies and no “.00”].   • Financial Covenants Section 4.01. (a) The Borrower shall maintain or cause to be maintained records and accounts adequate to reflect in accordance with sound accounting practices the operations, resources and expenditures in respect of the Project of the departments or agencies of the Borrower responsible for carrying out the Project or any part thereof.

  • Accounting Requirements CONTRACTOR shall comply with all applicable COUNTY, State, and Federal accounting laws, rules and regulations. CONTRACTOR shall establish and maintain accounting systems and financial records that accurately account for and reflect all Federal funds received, including all matching funds from the State, COUNTY and any other local or private organizations. CONTRACTOR’s records shall reflect the expenditure and accounting of said funds in accordance with all applicable State laws and procedures for expending and accounting for all funds and receivables, as well as meet the financial management standards in 45 CFR Part 92 and in the Office of Management and Budget 2 CFR Part 200 “Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards.”

  • Specific Coverage Requirements The Contractor shall at a minimum carry insurance in the types and amounts indicated below for the duration of the Contract, including extension options and hold over periods, and during any warranty period.
