Common use of Calculation of Financial Assistance Clause in Contracts

Calculation of Financial Assistance. The funds awarded for A&D 65 Services are intended to be general financial assistance to the County for A&D 65 Services, with funds provided through this Agreement. The total OHA financial assistance for all A&D 65 Services delivered under a particular line of Exhibit C, “Financial Assistance Award,” shall not exceed the total funds awarded for A&D 65 Services as specified in that line of the Financial Assistance Award.

Calculation of Financial Assistance. The funds awarded for A&D 65 62 Services are intended to be general financial assistance to the County for A&D 65 Services, 62 Services with funds provided through under this Agreement. The total Accordingly, OHA financial assistance will not track delivery of A&D 62 Services on a per unit basis, so long as the County offers and delivers A&D 62 Services as part of its CMHP. Total OHA payment for all A&D 65 62 Services delivered under a particular line of Exhibit C, “Financial Assistance Award,” shall not exceed the total funds awarded for A&D 65 62 Services as specified in that line of the Financial Assistance Award.

The total OHA financial assistance for all A&D 65 66 Services delivered under a particular line of Exhibit C, “Financial Assistance Award,” shall not exceed the total funds awarded for A&D 65 66 Services as specified in that line of the Financial Assistance Award.

Accordingly, with funds provided through this AgreementOHA will not track delivery of A&D 63 Services or service capacity on a per unit basis except as necessary to verify the performance requirements set forth above have been met. The total OHA financial assistance for all A&D 65 63 Services delivered under a particular line of Exhibit C, “Financial Assistance Award,” shall not exceed the total funds awarded for A&D 65 63 Services as specified in that line of the Financial Assistance Award.
