Calculation of Sales Fee. In consideration for the services to be performed by the Company hereunder, Licensee shall pay to the Company for each Annual Period a sales fee equal to three and one half percent (31/2%) of Net Sales for such Annual Period (each, the “Sales Fee” for such Annual Period).
