Calculation of Wholesale Customers’ Share of Hetch Hetchy Enterprise Capital Costs. The Wholesale Customers’ share of the Net Annual Debt Service and revenue funded capital expenditures determined under subsections B.2 and 3 shall be calculated by multiplying that dollar amount by Adjusted Proportional Annual Use.
