Calculations of Entitlement for Teachers. who commenced prior to 1 February 2022 in ACT Schools In the case of a Teacher who is employed in an ACT School, whose service with the School began before 1 February 2022 and whose service would entitle the Teacher to long service leave under this clause, the amount of long service leave to which such Teacher shall be entitled shall be the sum of the following amounts: the amount calculated on the basis of the provisions of the Long Service Leave Act 1976 (ACT) in respect of the period of service before 3 September 1996; or the amount calculated on the basis of the arrangements operating in the school in respect of the period before 3 September 1996; and an amount calculated on the basis of a certified agreement of 3 September 1996, for the period 3 September 1996 to 1 January 1999; and an amount calculated on the basis of a certified agreement of 3 September 1997, for the period 1 January 1999 to 1 February 2002; and an amount calculated on the basis of the provisions of a certified agreement or enterprise agreement from 1 February 2002.
