CALIFORNIA FIRE AND RESCUE. MUTUAL AID SYSTEM AGENCIES shall mean agencies, departments, or institutions to which Cal OES has, through agreement, assigned Cal OES-owned emergency apparatus; or who provide locally owned resources under provisions of the California Fire and Rescue Mutual Aid System. These agencies may also be referenced as, however, not be limited to, "local government" or "local agency".
