Common use of California Residents Clause in Contracts

California Residents. For all products other than home appliances and home electronic products, the Cancellation provision is amended as follows: If the Plan is cancelled: (a) within sixty (60) days of the receipt of this Plan, you shall receive a full refund of the price paid for the Plan provided no service has been performed, or (b) after sixty (60) days, you will receive a pro rata refund, less the cost of any service received.
