Common use of California Clause in Contracts

California. To the extent that the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”)(California Civil Code sections 1798.100 - 1798.199) applies, Webflow agrees it will not: (a) sell California Consumers’ Personal Information (as “sell” is defined in the CCPA); (b) retain, use, or disclose California Consumers’ Personal Information for a commercial purpose other than providing the Service specified in the Agreement; (c) retain, use, or disclose California Consumers’ Personal Information outside of the direct business relationship between Customer and Webflow. Webflow certifies that it understands these restrictions set out in this section and will comply with them.
