Common use of Call-in Guaranteed Pay Clause in Contracts

Call-in Guaranteed Pay. ‌ (a) An employee who is required by the District to perform special duties outside of the employee’s regular work day or work week on an scheduled overtime basis shall be guaranteed a minimum of three hours pay at one and one-half times that employee’s regular hourly rate providing such duties involve time which is not an extension of the regular work day.
