Common use of Call Off/Flexing Notice Clause in Contracts

Call Off/Flexing Notice. For Employees called off before the shift commences, the Employer will attempt to Call Off/Flex Employees at least two (2) hours prior to the commencement of their scheduled shift. Nothing herein shall be construed as preventing a Call Off/flex during the shift, when necessary.
