Calling Name Delivery. (CNAM) Database Service 16.1 Calling Name Delivery (CNAM) Database Service Agreement is included in this Attachment as Exhibit F. Rates for CNAM are as set forth in Exhibit H of this Attachment. 16.2 BellSouth will provide Calling Name Delivery (CNAM) Database service upon written request to its Account Manager stating requested activation date.
