CAMC Advisor Shareholder Approval. CCR hereby agrees to vote the shares of CWM Common Stock owned by CCR, and CAMC Advisor hereby agrees to vote the shares of CWM Common Stock owned by CAMC Advisor, in favor of the Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.
