Campaign Activation. Apple shall make commercially reasonable efforts to use information gathered during the Developer Enrollment Process to determine which advertisements are presented on the Mobile Properties; provided, Apple shall assume no liability for advertising campaigns that are presented on Mobile Properties under any circumstances.
