Deactivation. Computershare applications shall automatically deactivate a User ID after a specified number of unsuccessful log-in attempts. Sessions must be restricted or timed out after a defined period of inactivity and require Users to re-authenticate. User IDs for Computershare Personnel with access to Customer Confidential Information shall be deactivated immediately upon changes in job responsibilities that render such access unnecessary, or upon termination of employment.
Deactivation. You can deactivate a company or fund at any time during the Subscription Period. Deactivated companies or funds are included in the total number of companies or funds in a Subscription. You acknowledge that BGL, through its Software, is not providing an agent service and is not responsible for the preparation of any taxation, superannuation or other related documents on behalf of Your business / entity. It can, however, submit transmissions (e.g. lodgements and prefill) through the SBR channel that Your business / entity chooses to make through this Software. The parties each declare that nothing in this Agreement will be taken as giving rise to a relationship of employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership between the parties. All software contains errors also known as “bugs”. BGL will rectify Software errors as follows: BGL or the Owner(s) of the Software shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions in the Software and shall not be held liable for any consequential, direct or indirect loss incurred by You as a result of the use of the Software. BGL’s Fair Use Policy is intended to ensure the availability of the Software to all subscribers. BGL may apply the Fair Use Policy where Your usage of the Software is: ● Fraudulent, ● involves a non-ordinary use, ● causes significant congestion, disruption or otherwise adversely affect the performance of the Software or related services, or ● adversely affects another subscriber’s use of or access to the Software or related services. In the event You breach the Fair Use Policy, BGL will give You with 3 days to rectify Your breach. If You do not rectify Your breach within those 3 days, BGL reserves the right to cancel Your Subscription or limit Your access to the Software. You must only use the Software for Your own lawful business purposes, in accordance with this Agreement and any notice sent by BGL to You or any condition posted on the BGL Website. Should You not accept a change to this Agreement made by BGL, You can cancel Your Subscription and receive a pro rata refund for any Subscription Fees paid in advance.
Deactivation. 5.4.1. When a vehicle is equipped with a means to manually deactivate the AEBS function. the following conditions shall apply as appropriate:
5.4.1.1 The AEBS function shall be automatically reinstated at the initiation of each new ignition cycle.

You may not access Google services from any Application that impairs an end user’s ability to change any preferences or settings set by the Application in accordance with the way that such preferences or settings ordinarily may be changed by the applicable Application. Once disabled by an end user, your Application may not be re-enabled without an affirmative action by the end user to explicitly re-enable your application. Accordingly, no use, update, installation or re-enablement of a separate Application, and no code downloaded as a result of browsing a Web site, may operate to re-enable your Application. Your Application must permit end users to uninstall it (in the customary place the applicable operating system has designated for adding or removing programs, e.g., Add/Remove Programs control panel in Windows) in a straightforward manner, without undue effort or skill. In addition, your Application, when running, must provide (in an easily found location) clear and concise instructions on how it may be uninstalled. Once uninstalled, your Application must not leave behind any functionality or design elements, and all setting changes made by the application, but not explicitly agreed to by the end user, should be reversed to the extent practicable.
Deactivation. Upon the Deactivation of an AG-EVC, the following Charges shall be imposed on the Contracting QP.
(i) the following NC Charges: Description Charges Deactivation Charge $150 Early Termination Charge 100% of remaining contract value
(ii) NLT Charges, except those NLT Charges which would be subject to paragraph 5.2(f)(iv), which have been incurred by Nucleus Connect, or which Nucleus Connect has committed to incur, at the time of such Deactivation;
(iii) any Third Party Charges which have been incurred by Nucleus Connect, or which Nucleus Connect has committed to incur, at the time of such Deactivation; and
(iv) any other third party charges, NetLink Trust’s charges and/or NLT Charges agreed pursuant to paragraph 5.2 or 6.3 of the General Service Terms and Conditions which have been incurred by Nucleus Connect, or which Nucleus Connect has committed to incur, at the time of such Deactivation.
Deactivation. The Client may commission the Bank at any time to deliver the bank documents relating to one or more banking transactions a second time to him or his Service User in hard copy. In this case, the Bank shall deliver the bank documents a second time in hard copy within a reasonable delay. The Client duly notes that such electronic bank documents previously made available to the Client by the Bank are already deemed duly served.
Deactivation. You consent to and we may temporarily deactivate your account without notice to investigate whether you have engaged in, or your account has been used in, activity that is deceptive, fraudulent, unsafe, illegal, harmful to our brand, business or reputation, or that violates this Agreement (including the policies incorporated herein by reference)(any of the foregoing, a “Material Breach or Violation”). You also consent to and we may terminate this Agreement or permanently deactivate your account without notice if we determine in our discretion that a Material Breach or Violation has occurred.

BGL will rectify Software errors as follows: Critical errors, no workaround available - The entire application(s), components or business functionality will not work, and no workaround is available. The business impact of the error is critical. Users are prevented from using the system. BGL will work urgently until the error is resolved. M ajor errors, workaround available - The entire application(s), components or business functionality will not work but a business workaround is available. The business impact of the error is high. Users are hindered from being able to utilise the system and/or their productivity is lowered. BGL will rectify the error within 10 days. M edium errors, workaround available - A minor part of the application(s) or business functionality does not work as expected. The business functionality is nominally compromised. The business impact of the error is medium. The user is partially hindered from being able to utilise the system but also has a reasonable workaround. BGL will rectify the error within 30 days. M inor errors - The function does not perform as expected, however business functionality is not
Deactivation. A very important step of the Positive Discipline System which recognizes improved performance is the deactivation process. If an employee has maintained fully satisfactory performance during the active period of a disciplinary action and the employee’s attendance, conduct, and/or performance improves, it is imperative that the PSM or designee acknowledge the improvement. The administrative process of deactivation is summarized below.
