Common use of Campaign Activation Clause in Contracts

Campaign Activation. Customer may activate a Customer Campaign through the Service. If Customer activates a Customer Campaign, such activation is construed as an acceptance by Customer of the terms and conditions under which advertising is sold by LinkedIn. The activated Customer Campaign will be governed by this Agreement (in addition to such LinkedIn Advertising Terms and Conditions).
