Campaign Contribution Limits. This Agreement is subject to the City of Oakland Campaign Reform Act of Chapter 3.12 of the Oakland Municipal Code and its implementing regulations. The City of Oakland Campaign Reform Act prohibits developers that are doing business or seeking to do business with the City of Oakland from making campaign contributions to Oakland candidates between commencement of negotiations and either one hundred eighty (180) days after completion of, or termination of, contract negotiations.‌ Tenant shall sign and date an Acknowledgement of Campaign Contribution Limits Form attached hereto as Exhibit 37.5 and incorporated herein.
