All candidates are required by law to comply with the provisions of “The New Jersey Campaign Contributions and Expenditures Reporting Act,” N.J.S.A. 19:44A-1 et seq.

The Contractor has completed the Campaign Contributions Disclosure Form, Appendix D.
Contractor shall submit a Certification of Campaign Contributions with all COs of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) or more.

Disclosure of Campaign Contributions to Board Members (Government Code Section 84308) In accordance with Government Code Section 84308, no VTA Board Member shall accept, solicit, or direct a contribution of more than $250 from any party, or his or her agent, or from any participant, or his or her agent, while a proceeding involving a license, permit, or other entitlement for use is pending before the agency.
