Common use of Campus Mail Services Clause in Contracts

Campus Mail Services. The Union shall be authorized to use the College’s mail distribution services on a periodic basis for the purpose of distribution of Union business materials between the Main Campus and satellite locations. Mailings shall be limited to a single academic employee at each location. This is to facilitate communications between the employee organization and the employee and is allowable pursuant to RCW 42.52.560.The Union is not authorized to use non-academic staff to distribute business materials within each location.
