Common use of Campus Mail Services Clause in Contracts

Campus Mail Services. The Union shall be authorized to use the College’s mail distribution services on a periodic basis for the purpose of distribution of Union business materials between the Main Campus and satellite locations. Mailings shall be limited to a single academic employee at each location. This is to facilitate communications between the employee organization and the employee and is allowable pursuant to RCW 42.52.
