CAN I ATTEND THE FINAL APPROVAL HEARING. The Court will hold a Final Approval Hearing at (Pacific Standard Time) on , in Department 302 of the Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco County Superior Court, located at 000 XxXxxxxxxx Xx., San Francisco, CA 94102, before Judge Xxxxxxx Xxxxx. At this hearing the Court will consider whether the Settlement is fair, reasonable, and adequate. The purpose of this hearing is for the Court to determine whether to grant final approval to the Settlement and to fix the amounts to be paid as attorneys’ fees and costs to Class Counsel and as service payment to Plaintiff. If there are objections, the Court will consider them. You are not required to attend the Final Approval Hearing, although any Class Member is welcome to attend the hearing using the procedure at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/divisions/civil/law-motion.
