CANADIAN SKILLED TRADES COUNCIL. The Company agrees to deduct Canadian Skilled Trades Council dues as may be adopted by the Canadian Skilled Trades Council. First deduction to be made from the employees from the first pay received after completion of the probation period. Future deductions to be made in January of succeeding years, or upon completion of one (1) month's work in that calendar year.
