Cancellation Terms The contract is concluded between the member and the Caisse two (2) business days following the member's receipt of this agreement (the "Effective Date"). The member is deemed to have received this agreement five (5) business days after it has been mailed or after the date of receipt in AccèsD, as applicable. Additional Customer Terms If any additional ordinance, rule, or other local governmental authority requires additional contract language before a Customer can make a purchase under this Contract, the Customer is responsible for entering a separate agreement with the Contractor and incorporating the additional contract language therein.
Cancellation Rights If the offer of a place and its acceptance are both made entirely at distance by means of post or electronic communication, the Parents may cancel this Agreement at any time within 14 days of the date they accept a place at the School in accordance with clause 3.3. In such circumstances the Acceptance Deposit and the Additional Deposit, if paid, will be refunded together with any Fees paid pro-rated if the School has provided any educational services under this Agreement.
Additional Terms and Conditions This Annex A to the Second Amended and Restated Servicing Agreement, dated October 31, 2021 (the “Agreement”), among Xxxxx Bank and Xxxxx Trust Company, as Sellers, the Bank Assets Purchaser and, upon execution of the Joinder Agreement, the Delaware Trust Assets Purchaser, as Purchasers, and Guarantor (solely for purposes of Section 9.5 of the Agreement), is incorporated into and deemed part of the Agreement in all respects.

Replacement Employees (a) A replacement employee is an employee specifically engaged or temporarily promoted or transferred as a result of an employee proceeding on parental leave.
Cancellation All Notes surrendered for payment, registration of transfer, exchange or redemption shall, if surrendered to any Person other than the Indenture Trustee, be delivered to the Indenture Trustee and shall be promptly cancelled by the Indenture Trustee. The Issuer may at any time deliver to the Indenture Trustee for cancellation any Notes previously authenticated and delivered hereunder which the Issuer may have acquired in any manner whatsoever, and all Notes so delivered shall be promptly cancelled by the Indenture Trustee. No Notes shall be authenticated in lieu of or in exchange for any Notes cancelled as provided in this Section, except as expressly permitted by this Indenture. All cancelled Notes may be held or disposed of by the Indenture Trustee in accordance with its standard retention or disposal policy as in effect at the time unless the Issuer shall direct by an Issuer Order that they be destroyed or returned to it; provided, that such Issuer Order is timely and the Notes have not been previously disposed of by the Indenture Trustee.
Previous Terms and Conditions In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any prior versions thereof, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless it is expressly stated otherwise.
OGS Centralized Contract: Terms and Conditions The terms and conditions set forth in this section are expressly incorporated in and applicable to the Contract. Captions are intended as descriptive and are not intended to limit or otherwise restrict the terms and conditions set forth herein. Appendix A Appendix A, Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts, dated January 2014, attached hereto, is hereby incorporated in, and expressly made a part of, this Contract.
