CANCELACIÓN O NO RENOVACIÓN DE LA PÓLIZA. El Asegurador retiene el derecho de cancelar o modificar o rescindir la póliza si se descubre que las declaraciones en la solicitud son falsas, incompletas o que se ha cometido fraude, llevando al Asegurador a aprobar una solicitud, cuando con la infor- mación correcta o completa, el Asegurador hubiera emitido una póliza con cobertura restringida o hubiera declinado proporcionar el seguro.
