Common use of Canceling this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Canceling this Agreement. We have the right to cancel this Agreement at any time by sending a notice to any one of you in writing. You also have the same right to cancel this Agreement at any time by sending us a notice in writing or calling the BankCard Center at 0-000-000-0000 (for TTY/TDD call 0-000-000-0000). If this Agreement is canceled by you or us, your obligation is to repay amounts you already owe under this Agreement.
