Cancellation and No-Show Policy. Employees or DSPs unable to board the flight must contact their supervisor or the Human Resources Department at least 48 hours prior to boarding. When cancellation is made less than 48 hours without legitimate reasons, a cancellation fee ($75) will be charged to the employee or DSP. Cancellation of less than four hours prior to departure or no show will be charged $400. In the event of a dispute between the Union and the Employer of what is or what is not a legitimate reason will be referred to a two person committee consisting of one from the Employer and one from the Union.
