Common use of Cancellation and Non-Renewal Clause in Contracts

Cancellation and Non-Renewal. The named insured may cancel this policy by returning it to us or by advising us when at a future date the cancellation is to be effective. We may cancel by mailing notice, setting forth the reason(s) for cancellation, to the named insured shown on the Declarations Page at the last known address appearing on our records. Notice of cancellation will be mailed at least 15 days before the effective date of cancellation. During the first 60 days of the first policy period in which this policy is in effect, we may cancel only for one or more of the following reasons:
