Common use of Cancellation and Reapplication Clause in Contracts

Cancellation and Reapplication. A LifeVantage Distributor may change Marketing Organizations by voluntarily cancelling his, her or its LifeVantage Distributorship and remaining inactive (i.e., no purchases of LifeVantage products for resale, no sales of LifeVantage products, no enrolling, no attendance at any LifeVantage functions, participation in any other form of LifeVantage Distributor activity, or operation of any other LifeVantage Distributorship) for six (6) consecutive calendar months.
