CANCELLATION AND REBOOKING. 6.6.1 In case of a cancellation or rebooking of a course, XXXXXX must be informed in writing. If a course participant is prevented from attending the training, a substitute person can attend instead. The full registration fee will be charged, even if the participant does not attend the entire course.
