Cancellation by Customer. If the Customer fails to pay the Fee in full by the due date as detailed in clause 3.1, or the Customer gives the Seller notice in writing of its intention to cancel the Package then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Seller, the Seller shall be entitled to cancel the Contract and suspend provision of the Services and any further services to the Customer and;
