Written notifications received by the Housing Office by Monday, July 18, 2016 are refundable less a non‐refundable $50 service fee. Cancellations requested after Monday, July 18, 2016, but prior to Thursday, August 18, 2016, will be considered only if the University has a replacement resident and can substitute the new resident without incurring financial loss.
