CANCELLATION BY LICENSEE PRIOR TO FEE PERIOD. A) Licensee may cancel a space reservation by submitting a cancellation request through the housing application portal if their reservation falls within the dates mentioned. The cancellation can be for any reason and a refund of $370 of the first installment payment credit will be processed. The $30 Application Fee is non‐refundable. The refund will be issued when: • Licensee cancels on or before 30 day prior to the Licensee’s assigned move-in date. • Licensee cancels within 30 days of receiving a reservation. • Failure to cancel within these set timeframes will result in the assessment of a $370 Notice Charge. No refund of the initial payment will be issued.
